Because of the wide format, the image is shown very small. Then, I have cut it in 3 parts to view it better.
This image will be placed in a wall of my studio and it is possible that I gift the picture to some friends.
After some days of shoot only gastronomic photos, I want to show us a premium cheese with black sesame and black pepper. The contrast between the little bitterness of the spices and the subtle sweetness of this cheese is -for me- a nice combination.
Two dark vanilla beans on white. Playing with contrast and composition to make a musical image.
Well, that same, a rounded luxury composition with a bowl of basmati rice and a little bowl of black soy sauce. All this, playing around the black and white with traces of brown and blue greys.
I wanted a raw, natural and rural touch for this images of Portabello mushrooms.
Yesterday I made a work for the Diputació de Lleida. They need two pictures of the Patronat de Promoció Econòmica (Economic Promotion Department) office and building.
The concept was to show the site with a corporative sense. I played with a dynamic element made with people in movement and crowded spaces.
The problem is that I had only 2 hours to take the pictures while people was working!! I want to thank the Patronat workers for their nice collaboration and patience.
This pair of vertical photos are a big little project for a client. Each one of these photos will be united to a door’s front to cover it. The doors are part of a rural house in the Pyrenees and the images are details of the region. The owners of the house don’t like to see closed doors and this will be the way to hide them.
Each image will measure 200cm x 72cm and it will be printed on a vinyl. I have taken 6 photos to make the first one (171 MB TIFF 16bits) and 10 for the second (320 Mb TIFF 16bits).
This is a reproduction for Quadratà of a personal library brand made by them for a client. It’s a simply but sophisticated ex-libris. The client will mark his books with it.
I have tried to show wich kind of symbol is by placing it in the apropiated context and I have played with the light to describe the volume and the texture. All this, trying to make an image in coherence with the elegance and simplicity of the brand’s design.

For me, this is a good example of a productive session for stock.

Today, I have done a casting of chefs to do the catering for me and my assistants. We’re so lazy for cook!!
This is an eight years talent called Pepo Queró and this was his first time in front of a photographer’s camera.
