Saffron was a very important spice in my region (Valencian Country). It was used to add colour and flavour to almost all the rice recipes we cook. Now has been replaced by monosodium glutamate in powder (cheaper, with a big dying power, but with a poor taste).
This work has been more difficult than I thought it would be. I haveÂ noticed that some sensors have problems to register red and purple tones in shadows.Â I needed a lot of extra reflectors and gobos actuing in specific zones to suply this problem. Well, it has been a funny shot!
